Thanks to the considerable expertise of ProfteQ dealers and authorised centres, which are present all over the world, we are able to offer a fast, efficient and professional service.
We provide customers with telephone and remote assistance packages, all of which are fully customisable.
The service is active Monday to Friday between 09.00 – 12.00 /13.30 – 16.30.

Training
Technical and technical-commercial courses are organised regularly at the ProfteQ headquarters in Villa del Conte.
All our courses are held by specialist technicians and can be customised to meet the specific needs of the customer.
