Vertical bench for testing and glazing frames
Vertical bench fortesting and glazing frames up to 3200 mm wide. The sliding girder is blocked by a rack in order to check the exact 90° of the corners. Allowed the side exit of the window on both sides, easy insertion of the glazing clamping strip into the lower side.
- Max frame width: 3200 mm
- Max frame height: 2500 mm
- Both right and left stop can be opened, in order to allow the side exit of the window
- The mobile right stop is bocked by a rack in order to provide a precise e stabile clamping of the frame
- Vertiline can be inserted in a handling line on vertical roller conveyors
- The shape of the support base and the length of the rollers allow a rapid and precise locking even of monoblock windows
- Liftebale support base of the frame easy insertion the glazing bead strip into the lower side
- Increase in the maximum workable height
- Ladder for easy insertion of the glazing clamping strip into the upper side
