CNC table for automatic screwing of the perimeter hardware elements to the PVC and aluminium sashes
JOB CNC is a table consisting of WORKING AREA 1 for preparation of the hardware kit and rod cutting and WORKING AREA 2 for automatic screwing of the hardware elements.
- No. 3+1 Brushless driven axes
- Y axis on straight guide and ball blocks with 0 play toothed belt drive
- Z axis on straight guide and ball blocks with roller screw and ball lead screw drive
- Rotating axis W with interlock device to guarantee maximum precision of the 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° positions
- Right to left flow direction
- WORKING AREA 1 for preparation with numbered hardware element holder magazine with PC and Monitor for loading of jobs and display of the components to be picked up from the magazine
- User interface software to guide selection of the components to be fitted
- Rod cutting unit with brushless driven measurement stop
- Preparation table with sash support on self-lubricating polizene profiles to reduce friction in the sash during handling
- Option of driven or manual transfer of the door from WORKING AREA 1 to WORKING AREA 2.
- WORKING AREA 2 for screwing of hardware elements by the rotating screwing device on the 4 faces of the sash, which remains locked until end of cycle.
- Screwing position received from external management software
- Ability to use up to 3 different screws from 16 to 39 mm in length
- Ability to screw in hardware elements to 3 different depths
- Optional screwing head for aluminium sashes
- Ability to unload the sash in 3 different directions.
- Ability to screw in hardware elements on sashes with rail
- Complete screwing of hardware elements onto all the profiles of a two sash window.
- Maximum sash dimensions: 1300 x 2700
- Minimum sash dimensions: 420 x 420
- Hardware element magazine with 32 numbered compartments
- PC with MONITOR and graphic interface software to guide the operator in picking up the components to install
- Barcode reader
- Cutting unit to cut hardware elements
- Accessory / tool holder compartments on the WORKING AREA 1 work table
- Perimeter mesh guards with access door for maintenance
- Driven unit transferring sash from WORKING AREA 1 to WORKING AREA 2.
- Additional screw loader for up to 3 screws.
- Recessed screwing head for aluminium sashes.
- Roller table extracting the sash from WORKING AREA 2 with the option of selecting the sash unloading direction.
- KIT to manage rails on the sash for removal of vice.
