End milling machine

FR 9045 II is an end milling machine with combined blades for the machining of PVC profiles, ready to be welded with an aesthetic finish ‘wood type’ at 90° on the inner side of the window.

Technical specifications

  • Fully automatic working cycle driven by PLC
  • Simultaneous milling of 4 endings (2 transoms – 2 mullions) in one working cycle
  • Machining without tooling for any profile with maximum dimensions A = 135 mm B = 100 mm
  • Bimanual safety controls to start the machining cycle

  • N. 4 profile support arms

Optional Accessories

  • 2 milling units with fix radius 2-4 mm
