Automatic glazing bead cutting centre
TR4P – BE4PI is composed by an automatic glazing bead cutting centre and sawing machine and driven measuring table with two independent pull stops for simultaneous cutting of 4 glazing beads.
- Simultaneous 45° cutting of 2 pairs of glazing beads / cycle (4 pieces)
- Milling of the coupling foot
- Electronic driven roller table with pull gripper pair to draw the 4 glazing beads to the 2 cutting positions
- Vertical adjustment of the cutting table to carry out milling of the coupling foot
- Locking system with glass simulation adjustable on mechanical stops
- Positioning cycle on 0 point for pick-up of the 4 glazing beads
- Alternating long short short long profile feed cycle for optimisation of material
- Ability to load on right and unload on left or viceversa
- Ability to detect measurements using electronic gauge
- Interface with production SW for management of cutting lists
