Numerical control cleaning unit for corners of standard or coated PVC profiles, with 2 interpolating axes

CORNERLAB 20 is a numerical control cleaning unit with 2 interpolating axes for welded corners in standard or coated PVC frames. In addition to the blade diameter 250 mm the standard equipment comprises 10 centre plate mounted tools with which it is possible to carry out not only cleaning of the external corner, but also cleaning of the internal corner, the welding beads, the seal housings, the glazing bead profiles.

PQClean is the CAM installed on the machine’s PC that allows 2D viewing of the profile and the available tools. Using the operator interface it is easy to set the tool path, which will be translated by PQClean into ISO instructions. Management of profile change is very fast and the machine’s on board PC can store a large number of profiles and programs.

For a connected machine PQClean is able to receive programming lists created in the office and can also communicate externally the machine data necessary for remote diagnostic activities. Addition of the TG6 loading/unloading and rotation table makes the entire loading/machining and unloading cycle automatic
